We are currently offering online booking for new and established telehealth and in person appointments with Tata Mikaelyan, PA-C.  Please click on the yellow button in the upper left corner in order to schedule your appointment.

 Dr. Gray does not offer online booking for new patients.  If you are a new patient and you would like to see Dr. Gray, there is a several month wait since her patient panel is full.  Please call the office to see when the next available new patient slot is for Dr. Gray. 

 

Please be aware that we charge a 

$75 cancellation fee

for any missed appointment or one that is not cancelled within 24 hours.
